1. Purpose
These terms of use govern access to and use of the goodcharge app and website, a price-comparison service for electric vehicle charging. By using goodcharge, you accept these terms without reservation.
2. Description of the service
goodcharge aggregates and compares the charging rates published by the various station networks. Displayed prices are indicative: they depend on the data supplied by operators and may change without notice. goodcharge cannot guarantee the accuracy or the real-time availability of any given rate.
3. User account
An account is required to access cashback offers and the goodcharge+ subscription. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.
4. goodcharge+ subscription
The goodcharge+ subscription costs €2.99/month, with no commitment, and can be cancelled at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Liability
goodcharge is a decision-support tool. goodcharge cannot be held liable for any difference between the displayed price and the price actually billed by the station operator, nor for a station being unavailable.
6. Personal data
Your location and trip data are never resold to third parties. How your data is processed is detailed in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the GDPR.
7. Intellectual property
All elements of the app and website (brand, logo, interface, editorial content) are the exclusive property of goodcharge and protected by intellectual property law.
8. Changes to these terms
goodcharge reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial change. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
